You can exchange any product within 15 days of receiving your order – free of charge!
Just make sure:
- The item is unused
- It’s in its original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
To request an exchange, please email our Customer Service team at: support@h2fashionwear.com
If you want to exchange an item, send the full parcel back to our online store and inform our team. Once we receive it, we’ll quickly process your exchange and send the replacement.
You can also exchange items at any H2 Fashion Wear outlet (if applicable).
